Junior Assistant, Section Assistant & PPO posts at Mangaldai Circle (Irrigation)


Total 2 numbers of Junior Assistant, 3 numbers of Section Assistant and 1 number of P.P.O posts are lying vacant in Mangaldai Circle (Irrigation), Mangaldai and an advertisement is issued in this connection today, inviting eligible candidates to apply for the posts. The selected candidates will be appointed at the Office of the Superintending Engineer (Irrigation), Mangaldai, Office of the Executive Engineer, Mangaldai Division (Irrigation) and Office of the Executive Engineer, Investigation Division (Irrigation), Sipajhar as per the vacancies as listed below-

Pay : Rs. 5,200-20,200 per month.

Qualifications


  • Minimum educational qualification required for all the positions is HSSLC passed.
  • Age of the candidates must not be less than 18 years and must not be more than 38 years as on 1st January, 2013. In case of the candidates belonging to reserved category, the upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years.
  • The candidates must have registered their name in the employment Exchange office and registration number and date must be mentioned in the application form.
  • Candidates must be Indian citizen.

How to Apply


Candidates have to apply for the above posts through standard application form. Completed application form along with the following documents must be sent to the respective offices as indicated above on or before 12th August, 2013.
  1. Attested Copies of qualification, age, caste etc.
  2. Employment Exchange Registration Card.
  3. 3 copies of recent passport size photograph.
  4. A self addressed envelope of 10*45 affixing postal stamp of Rs. 5/-.

Selection Procedure


Candidates will be selected on the basis of a written test followed by viva-voce. The date of the written test will be informed to the candidates later through a calling letter. The written test will carry 100 marks consisting of 35 marks for English, 35 marks for Mathematics and 30 marks for General Knowledge. The duration of the test is 3 hours. The successful candidates in the Written Test will be called for viva-voce for final selection.
