Scale of Pay :
For Process Server : Rs. 5,200/- to Rs.
20,200/-, Grade Pay = Rs. 2,200/-
For Peon : Rs. 4,560/- to 15,000/-,
Grade Pay = Rs. 1,500/-
Place of Posting : Barpeta, Assam
Educational Qualification :
For Junior Process Server : Candidates
must have passed HSLC Examination or equivalent examination from any
institution recognized by government. Candidates having knowledge of
computer skill will be given preference.
For Peon : Candidates must qualify HSLC
Examination or equivalent Examination from any institution recognized
by government.
Age Limit : Age of the candidates must
not be less than 18 years and must not be more than 38 years. For the
candidates belonging to reserved category, age limit will be relaxed
as per government rule.

it to the Office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dist.
Barpeta, Assam, PIN 781301 along with the following
documents-
- 3 copies of recent passport size photograph duly signed by the candidate.
- A copy of age certificate attested by Gazetted officer.
- Educational qualification certificate attested by Gazetted officer.
- Cast certificate for reserved category attested by Gazetted officer.
- A self addressed envelope of 5cm*11cm affixing a postal stamp of Rs. 5/-.
